Note 1 The 2nd Floor Hall has a lifting stage (30cm and 60 cm), a Preparation Room (13㎡, Japanese- style room) and 2 simultaneous interpretation booths.
　　　　Foyer (326㎡) space at the entrance of the Hall may also be used.
Note 2 Please refrain from bringing food and drink.

Outside business hours
Additional 33,000 yen per hour + above room rental fee (rounded up for every 15 minutes or more) will be charged before 9:00 and after 21:00. Please contact us in advance for further details.
Exhibition fees
For exhibitions, shows and similar activities, 150% of the total daily fee will be charged according to the number of days used (including days used for set-up and tear-down, regardless of the length of time used)
Reservation fees
A deposit is required for use.

Cancellation or change of reservation

If you must cancel or change your reservation, we will charge the following fee.

Cancellation / Change 60 days before

50% of estimate price
Cancellation / Change 30 days before

80% of estimated price
Cancellation / Change 7 days before

100% of estimated price

In addition, expenses incurred by user requests will be charged as actual expenses.

Prohibited Matter

The following acts are strictly prohibited at Kaiun Club:
Reselling of meeting room to a third party or parties / Usage of meeting rooms for purposes other than intended / Soliciting donations / Selling of goods / Acts of demonstrations and protests

The following may not be brought into Kaiun Club:
Food and drinks / Explosives, flammable articles, and other dangerous goods / Flag banners

Refusal of Use

Kaiun Club reserves the right to refuse the use of meeting rooms under any of the following conditions:

Any acts or behaviors prohibited above.
When the usage time exceeds the original requested time without prior approval.
Any acts or behaviors that is offensive to public order and morals, disturbing or annoying to othr guests.
Please note that we will not be liable for any damages arising from suspension of meeting room usage.

About damages

If the user intentionally or negligently damages, or loses equipment inside or outside the venue, the user shall compensate for the damage cost. We will not compensate for damages to the displayed products, except when it is clearly our responsibility. Please note that we cannot keep meeting documents and office supplies.
